- By mail — Utility PO Box shown to the right.
- Drive-thru — City Hall, 300 South Main Street, weekdays 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- After hours — Drop box at City Hall.
- Auto-draft — Enroll through First Billing or by calling Utility Billing at (336) 786-3585.
New service, disconnect, or transfer
To start, stop, or transfer utility service, contact Utility Billing at (336) 786-3585 during business hours. A deposit may be required for new residential accounts.
